We give you the opportunity to learn the most traditional dishes of Spanish cuisine with the great Chefs of Madrid! In addition to an exquisite cultural itinerary visiting Centenary Wineries with High-level Meals harmonized with the best Wines.

Day 1
* Pick up Pax at Barajas/Madrid Airport and take to the hotel.

Day 2 – 3 – 4
* Round trip transportation to the Gastronomy School, where you will participate in a 4-hour Workshop, learning to prepare some of the most traditional dishes of Spanish cuisine.
* Food and Drink (all included)
* Rest of the day Free

Day 5
* Peñafiel - Guided visit to one of the most traditional Wineries in Spain with DO Designation of Origin dated 1927, for its 2 km of underground galleries and with the right to wine tasting and food harmonized with wines within the Winery itself.
* Peñafiel Castle/ Wine Museum - Guided tour of the Castle that dates back to the sic. XIV and the Wine Museum
Accommodation and Dinner in a Monastery of the century XII, directed by the Agostino Monks (all included).
Ideal place to combine silence and reflection with the opportunity to enjoy Wine Tourism and Nature.

Day 6
* Aranda del Duero - Guided and Dramatized Visit to the Dom Carlos Winery (historical underground winery) from the  century. XV, with the right to wine and Iberian tasting (all included) 
Lunch harmonized with wine in a traditional underground restaurant (all included) 
Accommodation with the right to 01 hour of SPA at the Hotel in the historic city of Segovia 

Day 7
* Segovia - Historical city from Roman times 
Guided tour of the 1st century Roman Acqueduct. I BC, Cathedral, Alcázar and Historic Center.
Lunch: Tasting the traditional dish of the Region which is Suckling Pig (Lechazo) with a presentation by the Chef about the tradition of the dish, lunch will be harmonized with Wine (all included).
Return to Madrid 

Day 8
* Departure from the Hotel to the Barajas/Madrid Airport, end of our services
